I would like to extend my gratitude to your team on the successful closure of one of the critical issues we were facing.
RBI reporting for foreign investment received from the parent company was pending for long due to lack of certain documents. We were struggling to set this right and with excellent support from your team ( namely Ratnamala, Sreenivasan and others ) who coordinated with my team at Bangalore and UK and also the AD bank, provided alternate solution for lack of documents and after diligent follow up for months completed the filing satisfactorily. Without the first filing, future investments would have been stuck up. Repatriation also gets held up without this basic reporting and acknowledgement by RBI.
Hereby once again I would like to congratulate your team for the excellent work done and request you to convey my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the entire team. I am glad to have such a supportive CS team who have been very helpful from day one.
