Sharada & Associates (SCS&A) is a firm of Company Secretaries offering Company Secretarial and Legal Consulting Services to entrepreneurs, startups, mid-size and large companies in their various growth phases across sectors such as IT, ITEs, e-Commerce, retail, healthcare, education, engineering, manufacturing, not for profit etc.
SCS&A is run by a team of professionals who inspire confidence by their knowledge, sincerity, systematic documentation and ethical approach to dealing with Company Secretary issues.
