RBI reporting for foreign investment received from the parent company was pending for long due to lack of certain documents. SCS&A team, who coordinated with my team at Bangalore and UK and also the AD bank, provided alternate solution for lack of documents and after diligent follow up for months completed the filing satisfactorily. Without the first filing, future investments would have been stuck up.
