Chaitanya S M is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a B.Com graduate from Trisha Vidya Evening College, Udupi. Originally from Sagara, Shivamogga, she is currently based in Bengaluru.
She is enthusiastic about learning and dedicates herself completely to every task she undertakes. With time management as one of her key strengths, she brings commitment and precision to her professional work.
Her areas of interest include NCLT related matters, due diligence, drafting of adjudication and compounding applications, and handling corporate actions such as rights issues, private placements, strike-off etc.
Outside of work, Chaitanya enjoys cooking and spending her leisure time practising Bharatanatyam, watching movies, and reading fictional novels.”
