Punitha is an aspiring Company Secretary currently pursuing the CS Professional Programme from ICSI. She hails from a town in Tamil Nadu and completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Delhi. After graduation, she cleared both groups of the CS Executive examination while working at Bank of America.
Driven by a strong interest in corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance, she chose to leave her corporate role to pursue a full-time career as a Company Secretary.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys reading books on personal finance, philosophy, and self-development, and believes that continuous learning plays an important role in both her personal and professional growth.
In her leisure time, she enjoys listening to music, observing and appreciating the small details that often go unnoticed in everyday life, and exploring new places.
